Stone Countertop Installation Foreman

Position Summary

The Stone Countertop Foreman is a working leader responsible for the day-to-day installation of countertop projects. This role actively works alongside shop and installation crews to ensure jobs move smoothly from templating through final install. The Foreman keeps crews productive, jobs organized, and quality consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside shop and installation crews in daily fabrication and installation tasks Train, mentor and oversee junior level installers to build a team of high quality, productive and talented installers Organize daily and weekly production schedules to keep jobs moving on time Assign tasks to crew members and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are staged and ready for each job Monitor production flow and adjust manpower or priorities as needed Maintain quality control throughout fabrication and installation Troubleshoot jobsite and shop issues quickly to avoid delays Train and mentor crew members on proper fabrication, installation, and safety practices Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized shop, install vehicle and jobsite Communicate job progress and issues with management and office staff

Qualifications & Skills

Hands-on experience in stone countertop fabrication and installation Strong understanding of shop workflow and field operations Ability to lead crews while staying actively involved in production Good organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to read templates, drawings, and job specifications Problem-solving mindset in fast-paced production environments

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
