Countertop Installer for Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, and Porcelain creations. Aspen Stone Design is seeking an Installer for immediate openings. Wages are negiotiable based on experience level and advancement within our company is an expectation!

Benefits are included after the probationary period. This is a full time job-site installation position. The successful applicant will be required to perform the following functions:

- Daily pre-planning and preparation of jobs set for Installation.
- Organizing of helpers, tool kits, installation supplies, and client supplies as required per job.
- Ability to Fabricate and make construction adjustments should the need arise in the field.
- Communication with Installation Coordinator and Clients, as required to effectively manage all site requirements, and job conditions.
- Safely Install Granite, Quartzite, Quartz, Marble, and Porcelain to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate and Log all site results after installation in our system.
- Continually set new goals and search for new methods to make personal and system improvements.
Must possess and be able to demonstrate the following requirements:
- Clean Safety Record from previous employer (required at interview).
- Demonstrate Safety Awareness on a continual basis.
- Forklift License or must be able to pass a forklift certification class.
- Time Management Skills.
- Basic Math and Measuring Skills.
- High Energy.
- Eye for Detail.
- Team Player Skillsets.
- Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Organizational Skills.

Experience is preferred but is not necessary. We will offer training for the right individual and this training path will lead to immediate advancement!
