Responsibilities:
Receive, organize, and categorize incoming shipments of products and accessories.
Safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 75 pounds.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing stockroom and sales floor.
Assist customers with product knowledge, purchases, and overall store experience.
Support sales through restocking, merchandising, and ensuring displays are fully stocked.
Greet customers at the doors during rotational shifts, which requires standing in one area for a prolonged period.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain smooth store operations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting heavy items.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with attention to detail and basic math skills.
Familiarity with inventory systems is an asset.
