Duties and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and restorative procedures.
Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and create effective personalized treatment plans.
Use the latest dental technology and equipment, including intra-oral scanning and CEREC Milling machine.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and treatment options.
Collaborate with other dentists and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations and patient satisfaction.
Stay current with advancement in technology and care standards through continuous education and professional development to provide the best possible care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in a fully digital environment.
Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both patients and team members.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and service at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
A member in good standing with the RCDSO.
Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
