What to expect:
  • Overseeing the stockroom workers on a daily basis to ensure that the correct products are being sent out to customers
  • Spare Parts (Ordering, inspections, reaching out to clients, fixing floor models)
  • Receiving trucks and ensuring that the back room is organized for the high volume of pickups
  • Creating a list of send backs weekly to help manage the inventory in the back room
  • Inventory Spot Checks / Void and Refund Reports
  • Weekly replenishment orders \xe2\x80\x93 working with the Merchandiser / Store Manager
  • Building and maintaining the floor models for the showroom displays
  • Ensuring the safety of our employees in the warehouse
  • Ensuring that good communication with your colleagues is maintained as well as ensuring that the Store Management team have a clear understanding of the issues affecting the stockroom and shop floor
  • Managing delivery paperwork and identifying and correcting any discrepancies
  • Driving sales by ensuring stock is processed quickly and efficiently and ensuring our goal in getting stock on the floor on time
  • Assisting the store in reducing loss by ensuring all stock is accounted for
  • Ensuring the maintenance of a clean, organized and efficient stockroom.


Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to lead a team;
  • Customer service and/or retail experience;
  • Ability to take initiative;
  • Experience working in stockroom and delivery management processes;
  • Resourcefulness and autonomous;
  • Detailed oriented and precisions;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Proven strong collaboration spirit, enthusiasm, teamwork and interest in interior design;
  • Available from Monday to Friday days and evenings, and Saturday and Sunday during the day;
  • Ability to move or lift up 65 lbs. (30 kg).
