Reporting to the Head of Maintenance and Engineering, this role ensures accurate stock levels, timely procurement, and effective use of SAP for inventory tracking and control.

Job Summary:
Warehouse Operations:
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and products within the warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping.
Follow established safety procedures and protocols.
Maintenance:
Assist the maintenance team with ensuring all parts required for repairs are properly issued.
Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, check for damage, and confirm compliance with company standards.
Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols.
Manage re-order levels of all maintenance spare parts ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Other Duties:
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and maintenance principles. Proficiency with the use of SAP
Experience with operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
