About your team
Fidelity Stock Plan Services team is part of the wider Fidelity Workplace Investing function providing recordkeeping and administration services to clients to help them manage their employee equity compensation plans as well as providing their employees with easy access to view and manage their shares.
Fidelity has been providing stock plan services to corporations since 2000 and is an area that remains a key strategic focus for the business and we continue to invest for the future. Currently, with around 600 clients and 2.4m participants globally, the Stock Plan Services business is a dynamic one with a number of functional teams across operations, marketing, communications, service delivery, finance, and client management.
The Stock Plan Services Sales team is responsible for growing clients, members, and assets in markets outside of the United States. The Solution Consultant will partner with Account Executives, Managing Directors, and Product & Service Consultants to win new Global Stock Plan Services clients. You will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a client\xe2\x80\x99s equity compensation requirement requirements for plan participants and plan sponsors. This includes reviewing company filings; annual reports, SEC Filings (20-F, 10K, S-8), and plan documents for single or multi-product requests and successfully demonstrating Fidelity\xe2\x80\x99s solutions during the sales or re-bid processes. The role will consult to position our product offering to meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
About your role
This role relies heavily upon your knowledge of SPS products, technology, services, and processes. The ideal candidate can think strategically, advise clients, and collaborate with internal business partners.
Success in this position will be dependent upon excellent knowledge of the equity compensation and benefits industry, SPS standard product offerings, and key competitors\xe2\x80\x99 product offerings. We are looking for someone with a consistent record of success in selling product solutions to prospects and clients.
Approximately 10% travel requirement.
