We are Btrust. Since 2008, we've innovated the Canadian grocery retail experience specializing to sell primarily fresh and healthy foods. Our goal is to introduce diverse food culture to every family table. We offer a wide range of products to cater to various taste preferences and budgets. The company is headquartered in Oakville, Ontario. In 2008, we opened our first Btrust Supermarket at the Golden Square, a shopping center in Mississauga, Ontario. Today, we manage a nationwide chain of four stores, covering an impressive 120,000 square feet and offering more than 20,000 different products, allowing families across Canada to enjoy fresh, healthy, and flavorful meals.

Main Responsibilities

Dish Preparation: Accurately cook hot dishes following the supermarket's standardized recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality. Ingredient Management: Handle ingredient preparation, including cutting and seasoning, to ensure efficient and precise dish output. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and tools while adhering to food safety regulations. Inventory Management: Assist in managing ingredient stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and assist with other related tasks when needed.

Qualification requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a high-temperature environment and perform moderate physical labor (e.g., lifting items up to 50 lbs). Skills & Experience: Experience with wok cooking or kitchen operations is preferred, especially knowledge of Chinese cuisine cooking techniques. Attention to Detail & Responsibility: Strong commitment to food quality and the ability to follow standardized procedures strictly. Time Management: Capable of efficiently handling tasks during peak hours. Team Spirit: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
