Work-Life Balance: 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a varying day off.

How You'll Make an Impact

Facilitate patient flow by cleaning and resetting clinic chairs as efficiently as possible. Maintain sterilization log. Follow a monthly maintenance schedule. Regularly inspect the clinic (including the brushing stations) and make sure all areas are clean, organized and stocked. Be available to throw away, disinfect or replace anything that has fallen on the floor. Disposal of garbage as needed. Consistently keep sterilization process moving, as the flow of instruments doesn't stop. Actively participate in staff meetings. Work cooperatively with fellow team members. Other duties as assigned.

The Teammate We're Looking For

Experience within a dental/medical clinical setting is an asset. Experience working in an orthodontic clinic is an asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with doctors, and fellow team members. Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
