Overview

At Bridlewood Dental Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sterilisation processes meet strict industry standards, supporting product development, and maintaining equipment functionality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sterilisation (medical or dental), skills with accuracy and collaboration and to contribute to vital sterilisation procedures within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Operate and monitor sterilisation equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist team with preparation, set up and turn over of rooms before, during and after patient care. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of sterilisation machinery. Document sterilisation processes accurately and within compliance regulations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have some history with dental or medical sterilization systems, equipment and processes. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual eager to apply their skills in a critical sterilisation environment. Strong communication and collaborative skills Reliable and punctual individual able to prioritize tasks and complete duties within scheduled time frames

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 32 per week
