We are currently looking for OUTGOING and EXCITING people to perform MAD SCIENCE programs! You'll visit schools, libraries, community leagues, homes and more to deliver AMAZING science presentations that will WOW your audiences. We provide the training as required. This is a part-time job, but we prefer someone with a flexible schedule who can take on many gigs when given plenty of notice. Also, our services are not limited to Edmonton but St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, and many more areas of Northern Alberta on a continue basis. Travel is given when applicable.

Requirements:

An OUTGOING and DYNAMIC personality Experience with groups of children ages 4-12 Some experience in theater is a plus. Reliable transportation (A MUST!) as we provide our programs in and around the Edmonton area. must have a Class-5 Driver's license Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to lift kits of materials (load and unload from your vehicle) Knowledge of basic science (don't worry - we'll train the rest!) Lots of ENERGY All employees are required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Screening at the time of hiring

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
