Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Framer with a solid background in construction. The role focuses on building structural frameworks--primarily using steel studs--and requires both precision and physical strength. The right candidate will be comfortable working with a range of materials and tools, and capable of contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements Frame and install structures using light gauge steel studs Use both hand tools and power tools to complete various framing and installation tasks Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the project Follow all safety procedures and industry standards

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in steel stud framing and general construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities
