Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. We are a Pre Engineered Steel building supplier and Construction Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Experience in Steel Buildings and Steel Building sales preferred. Hourly and/or commission based wage... TBD based on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities. Present product offerings and demonstrate their benefits to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to selling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in sales tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business success. Previous experience in Pre Engineered Steel Building sales or customer service and willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
