Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process, from assembly to quality control.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Support team members in completing tasks as needed, ensuring timely project completion. Assemble components according to product specifications. Operate and monitor production machinery. Feed raw materials into equipment. Perform quality checks on finished products and identify defects. Clean and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Must be fluent in speaking and understand English. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be able to pass a background check and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
