Job Summary

To work within the Global Serialization Program team to provide data analysis, develop systems and own and implement projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement projects integrating with GSO, Operations, IS and all other related partners to ensure the successful implementation of projects and processes.
  • To work closely with the Global Serialization Program team to provide daily support and respond to opportunities and needs for process and data analysis. Should be able to identify opportunities for analysis and improvement and make recommendations.
  • Own process improvement projects integrating with GSO, Operations, IS and all other related partners to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
  • Gather, organize and analyze information pertinent to operations and supply chain and present summary information and recommendations in project reports.
  • Assist the Global Serialization team in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
  • Work in a team approach environment to problem solving.
  • Performs all work in support of our Corporate Values of Pride, Accountability, Integrity and Diligence; Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.
  • Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated Pharmaceutical or Bio interest is an asset.
  • Study Focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Technicians, Managers, Coordinators etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point are essential. SAP and MS Access would also be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of basic Healthcare regulatory requirements would be helpful.
