Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Global Corporate Affairs, and working closely with team members, the Coordinator, Global Corporate Affairs will support the execution of Global Corporate Affairs plans. Specifically, the Coordinator will help create positive employee experiences by delivering successful corporate events. Additionally, he/she will develop a variety of communications for internal audiences across a range of channels including, but not limited to weekly newsletters, corporate intranet, email and on-site posters and plasma TV screens. This role will use a mixed set of mediums for communications including digital platforms, video and presentations.

Job Responsibilities
Effectively coordinate with members of the Global Corporate Affairs team to deliver the function\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
Collaborate with team members and the business to curate and create content that follows brand guidelines.
Support the planning and execution of key employee initiatives, corporate events and campaigns.
Develop creative communications to enhance employee engagement and build a strong connection to Apotex.
Works in a respectful manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
Demonstrate behaviours that exhibit our organizational Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion.
Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies.
All other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education
University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to pivot when required to effectively deliver on unplanned requests.
Strong writing abilities with attention to detail.
Creative ideation and design abilities.
Advanced capabilities using PowerPoint & Word.
Organized and able to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Excellent time and task management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Profiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
Experience
1-2 years in a Communications undergraduate program.
A creative professional with a passion for generating engaging content across a range of channels.
Track record of interacting with others demonstrating tact, diplomacy and respect while ensuring work is advanced.
