Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable

Flat Roofing Technician

with a strong background in

commercial SBS AND TPO membrane systems

. The ideal candidate will be highly competent in all aspects of flat roofing and capable of working independently with minimal direction. This role involves installation, detailing, and repair of SBS-based flat roofing assemblies on commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Install

SBS modified bitumen roofing systems

using both heat-welded and cold-applied methods Execute precise flashing work, seam welding, and membrane detailing Interpret and follow construction drawings and job specifications Maintain a high standard of workmanship in accordance with safety codes and building standards Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate as needed with on-site supervisors or project leads

MANDATORY CATEGORIES

Minimum 2

years of experience

working on

commercial flat roofing systems

(SBS/TPO-focused) Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail Skilled in the use of torches and other tools required for membrane roofing applications Knowledgeable in industry safety standards and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.44-$44.66 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
