In training the world\'s newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College\'s fleet of aircraft.MFC Training is currently looking for a Standards Officer to join our team in Moncton, NB.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of flight test results / Instructor development
- Organizing and conducting ground school training
- Organizing an audit team and conducting audits
- Amendment of the manual
- Develop Corrective Action Plans
- Assist senior mangers as requested
- Experience with instructor training and supervision
- Have held a valid commercial, or higher, Pilot License
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Personal travel privileges with PAL and interline agreements with other airlines
