Quelles sont les t\xc3\xa2ches?

  • Collaborer avec le conseiller \xc3\xa0 la vente afin d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablir pour le territoire un plan d\xe2\x80\x99affaires strat\xc3\xa9gique assorti de cibles de vente pr\xc3\xa9cises.
  • Communiquer de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive avec les conseillers en assurance pour obtenir des renseignements et avoir une meilleure compr\xc3\xa9hension de leurs activit\xc3\xa9s.
  • Effectuer des recherches dans le domaine de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance afin d\xe2\x80\x99identifier les tendances et opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaire
  • \xc3\x89tablir des relations avec le personnel en marketing des principaux producteurs/AGD.
  • Offrir des commentaires et id\xc3\xa9es concernant l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance, la connaissance des produits et la formation sur les syst\xc3\xa8mes (Centre s\xc3\xa9curis\xc3\xa9, Illustrations RBC, etc.).
  • Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour le Syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion des contacts et d\xc3\xa9finir une strat\xc3\xa9gie de suivi pour les nouveaux courtiers sous contrat, les remerciements pour les groupes importants, etc.

  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour les relations interpersonnelles, la pr\xc3\xa9sentation d\xe2\x80\x99expos\xc3\xa9s et la communication en anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le professionnel et talent pour l\'\xc3\xa9coute, la cr\xc3\xa9ation de liens et la recherche de bonnes solutions
  • Excellent sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Litt\xc3\xa9rature num\xc3\xa9rique sur un large \xc3\xa9ventail d\'appareils (p.ex., t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phones intelligents, tablettes, portables etc.) et des aptitudes sup\xc3\xa9rieures au clavier, pour la navigation sur internet et pour l\'utilisation d\'un ordinateur

What will you do?
  • Partner with management team to establish a strategic business plan for the territory with defined sales targets
  • Proactively contact sales teams to gain information and insight into their practices
  • Conduct research on the insurance industry to identify trends and sales opportunities
  • Establish relationships with various sales roles in the team
  • Provide insight and sales ideas related to the insurance industry & system training (BIC, Illustrations, etc)
  • Maintain contact management system and develop follow-up strategy for newly contracted brokers, thank-you, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
What will you need to succeed? Must have
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in French & English (oral and written)
  • Professional customer service skills and a talent for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solution
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of services (i.e. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.) with above average typing skills, internet and computer navigation.
