Horaire de travail de jour du lundi au vendredi et possibilit\xc3\xa9 de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9travail. \xc3\x80 titre de Conseiller interne stagiaire \xc3\xa0 la vente, assurance individuelle, vous d\xc3\xa9velopperez de nouvelles relations et maintiendrez les liens existants avec les conseillers en assurance dans un territoire d\xc3\xa9termin\xc3\xa9, en donnant des conseils \xc3\xa0 valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e dans le but d\xe2\x80\x99augmenter les ventes de produits d\xe2\x80\x99assurance. Quelles seront vos t\xc3\xa2ches?

• Collaborer avec le conseiller \xc3\xa0 la vente et le conseiller interne afin d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablir pour le territoire un plan d\xe2\x80\x99affaires strat\xc3\xa9gique avec des cibles de vente pr\xc3\xa9cises.
• Communiquer de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive avec les conseillers en assurance pour obtenir des renseignements et avoir une meilleure compr\xc3\xa9hension de leurs activit\xc3\xa9s.
• Offrir des commentaires et id\xc3\xa9es concernant l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance et la formation sur les syst\xc3\xa8mes (Centre s\xc3\xa9curis\xc3\xa9, Illustrations RBC, etc.).
• Analyser et identifier des opportunit\xc3\xa9s de vente et de ventes crois\xc3\xa9es dans un bloc d\xe2\x80\x99affaire existant de RBC Assurances

• Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour les relations interpersonnelles, la pr\xc3\xa9sentation d\xe2\x80\x99expos\xc3\xa9s et la communication en anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le professionnel et talent pour l\'\xc3\xa9coute, la cr\xc3\xa9ation de liens et la recherche de bonnes solutions
• Excellent sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et de gestion du temps
• Litt\xc3\xa9rature num\xc3\xa9rique sur un large \xc3\xa9ventail d\'appareils (p.ex., t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phones intelligents, tablettes, portables etc.) et des aptitudes sup\xc3\xa9rieures au clavier, pour la navigation sur internet et pour l\'utilisation d\'un ordinateur

Inside Wholesaler Intern, Individual Insurance What is the opportunity? Great opportunity for career growth. Daytime work schedule Monday to Friday and possibility to work from home. As an Inside Wholesaler Intern, Individual Insurance, you will proactively develop new relationships and enhance existing relationships with insurance advisors in a defined territory by giving added value advice with the goal of increasing the sales of RBC Insurance through the individual brokerage channel. What will you do?

• Partner with Sales Consultant and inside sales consultants to establish a strategic business plan for the territory with defined sales targets
• Proactively contact insurance advisors to gain information and insight into their practices
• Provide insight and sales ideas related to the insurance industry & system training (BIC, Illustrations, etc)
• Analyze and identify sales and cross selling opportunities in RBC Insurance\xe2\x80\x99s block of business

What will you need to succeed? Must have

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in French & English (oral and written)
• Professional customer service skills and a talent for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solution
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Digital literacy across a broad range of services (i.e. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.) with above average typing skills, internet and computer navigation.
