• Assister dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration des \xc3\xa9tudes pr\xc3\xa9liminaires de faisabilit\xc3\xa9 et des demandes d\'autorisation de projet d\'immobilisations (CPA) conform\xc3\xa9ment au Manuel des proc\xc3\xa9dures de RYAM en mati\xc3\xa8re de CPA.
• Assister dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e de la conception m\xc3\xa9canique, structurelle et civile des nouvelles installations ainsi que la s\xc3\xa9lection de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement et du mat\xc3\xa9riel requis pour les demandes d\'autorisation de projet d\'immobilisations.
• Effectuer des calculs d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s de conception m\xc3\xa9canique, structurale et civile.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des r\xc3\xa9quisitions pour le mat\xc3\xa9riel, l\'\xc3\xa9quipement et les services.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des sp\xc3\xa9cifications et demander des soumissions; analyse et comparaison des offres.
• Appliquer de fa\xc3\xa7on uniforme sur l\'ensemble du site les normes et proc\xc3\xa9dures de conception m\xc3\xa9canique, structurale et civile ainsi que les normes des organismes gouvernementaux et de r\xc3\xa9glementation, si applicable.
• Fournir une assistance technique de haute qualit\xc3\xa9 et en temps opportun pour la mise en service, le d\xc3\xa9marrage et l\'optimisation des nouvelles installations et prendre des mesures correctives opportunes et appropri\xc3\xa9es au besoin pour atteindre les objectifs du projet
• Assister \xc3\xa0 des r\xc3\xa9unions p\xc3\xa9riodiques avec les op\xc3\xa9rations et la maintenance pour l\'examen des dessins et de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement afin d\'assurer la satisfaction de tous les participants.
• Assister dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration des rapports d\'ach\xc3\xa8vement des travaux ainsi que les formulaires d\'acceptation des projets de maintenance et d\'exploitation pour tous les projets.

EXIGENCES : vos qualifications

• \xc3\x89ducation : Inscrit dans un programme universitaire d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie civil ou m\xc3\xa9canique.
• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Habilet\xc3\xa9s de relations interpersonnelles et de communication

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of Preliminary Feasibility Studies and Capital Project Approval (CPA) applications in accordance with RYAM\'s CPA Procedures Manual.
• Assist in the detailed preparation of the mechanical, structural and civil design of new facilities as well as the selection of equipment and materials required for capital project authorization applications.
• Perform detailed mechanical, structural and civil design calculations.
• Prepare requisitions for materials, equipment and services.
• Prepare specifications and request quotes; analysis and comparison of offers.
• Apply uniformly throughout the site the standards and procedures for mechanical, structural and civil design as well as the standards of governmental and regulatory bodies, if applicable.
• Provide high quality and timely technical assistance for the commissioning, start-up and optimization of new installations and take timely and appropriate corrective actions as needed to achieve project objectives
• Attend periodic meetings with Operations and Maintenance for review of drawings and equipment to ensure satisfaction of all participants.
• Assist in the preparation of work completion reports as well as maintenance and operations project acceptance forms for all projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Your qualifications

• Education: Enrolled in a university civil or mechanical engineering program.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interpersonal and communication skills
