stagiaire en ressources humaines

, motive(e) et attentif(ve) aux details, pour se joindre a notre equipe a Montreal pour la periode automnale. Ce poste travaillera directement avec la Directrice des ressources humaines sur diverses fonctions et projets lies aux RH. Il s'agit d'un

stage remunere

d'une duree de

3 a 4 mois

, debutant

a la mi-septembre jusqu'a la fin decembre

Le ou la candidat(e) ideal(e) doit etre disponible pour

travailler a temps plein (40 heures/semaine)

en presentiel

Ce stage constitue une excellente base pour toute personne souhaitant faire carriere en ressources humaines, en offrant une experience concrete dans un environnement dynamique, stimulant et soutenant, au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance.

Responsabilites principales (sans s'y limiter) :



Participer aux efforts de recrutement (redaction et diffusion d'offres d'emploi, preselection de CV, planification d'entrevues) Contribuer a l'accueil et a l'integration des nouveaux employes Mettre a jour les dossiers du personnel et les bases de donnees RH Aider a l'organisation d'evenements d'entreprise et d'initiatives bien-etre Soutenir la communication interne et les mises a jour des politiques Contribuer a la mise en oeuvre de differentes initiatives RH Appuyer diverses taches administratives selon les besoins

Exigences :



Etre actuellement inscrit(e) a un programme collegial ou universitaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe ou nouvel( le) gradue(e) Bonnes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Souci du detail, sens de l'organisation et proactivite Maitrise de Microsoft Office et/ou de Google Workspace Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) est un atout Interet marque pour une carriere en ressources humaines

Paid Human Resources Internship



We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Human Resources Intern

to join our team in Montreal for the summer. This role will be working directly with the HR Director in various human resources functions and projects. This is a paid internship with a duration of

3 to 4 months

, starting

mid-September to the end of December

. The ideal candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours /week) in person at our head office located at 511 Places d'Armes, Montreal, QC. This internship provides an excellent foundation for those looking to pursue a career in human resources while gaining practical experience in a supportive and dynamic environment with a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:



Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews; Support onboarding and orientation of new employees; Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases; Participate in organizing company events and wellness initiatives; Assist with internal communications and policy updates; Contribute to implementing different HR initiatives; Support various administrative tasks as needed;

Requirements:



Currently enrolled in a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or new graduate in HR Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Bilingual (English and French) is an asset Interest in pursuing a career in HR
