Si vous souhaitez contribuer activement a la transformation du secteur de l'assurance commerciale d'une entreprise en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en ressources humaines pour rejoindre notre equipe RH.





Vous participerez a diverses activites liees a l'administration des employes, a la dotation, a la remuneration globale, au mieux-etre et au soutien aux Partenaires d'affaires RH (PARH). Vous serez egalement implique(e) dans des projets speciaux et contribuerez a l'amelioration continue des pratiques RH dans un environnement entrepreneurial et technologique.




Principales responsabilites




Participer a la mise a jour et a la gestion des dossiers et donnees RH Soutenir les activites de recrutement et d'integration Aider a l'organisation d'initiatives de mieux-etre et d'engagement Participer a des projets d'amelioration des processus et pratiques RH (remuneration globale, gestion des talents, sante et securite, etc.)



Profil recherche




Etudiant(e) au baccalaureat en gestion des ressources humaines ou relations industrielles Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, essentielle pour collaborer efficacement avec nos equipes a travers le Canada Connaissance de la suite Office Capacite a apprendre et a utiliser efficacement differents outils numeriques Bon sens de l'organisation, rigueur et discretion Adaptabilite, esprit d'equipe et sens du service Professionnalisme et excellentes habiletes en communication Capacite a se presenter au bureau de Terrebonne minimalement 2 fois par semaine

If you want to actively contribute to transforming the commercial insurance sector within a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team.





You will participate in various activities related to employee administration, staffing, total compensation, well-being, and support for HR Business Partners (HRBP). You will also be involved in special projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices in an entrepreneurial and tech-driven environment.




Main Responsibilities




Participate in the updating and management of HR files and data Support recruitment and onboarding activities Assist in organizing well-being and engagement initiatives Participate in projects to improve HR processes and practices (total compensation, talent management, health and safety, etc.)



Profile



Bachelor's student in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations Proficiency in French and English, essential to collaborate effectively with our teams across Canada Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Ability to learn and effectively use different digital tools Strong sense of organization, rigor, and discretion Adaptable, team-oriented, and service-minded Professional with excellent communication skills * Ability to attend the Terrebonne office at least 2 times per week
