Responsabilites :
Projets de marketing traditionnels et non numeriques
Aider a la creation et a la modification des classeurs destines aux architectes pour les partenaires de distribution.
Assister les architectes dans leur inscription sur le portail et leur reservation de sessions de formation.
Participer aux initiatives de promotion de la marque, notamment la promotion de la marque Dura dans les magasins de revetements de sol (stands, echantillons, signaletique).
Aider a coordonner le materiel marketing pour les evenements (casquettes, cordons, badges nominatifs, etc.).
Contribuer a la preparation d'evenements et de salons professionnels, en developpant des echantillons d'assemblage de sols et du materiel marketing.
Autres taches assignees.
Marketing numerique
Soutenir le contenu du blog et de la newsletter (newsletters mensuelles et trimestrielles destinees aux architectes et aux partenaires de distribution).
Contribuer aux initiatives sur les reseaux sociaux, y compris les publications hebdomadaires.
Diriger des projets video avec des agences de marketing.
Aider a optimiser le contenu numerique si necessaire.
Aider a developper et a maintenir des bases de donnees marketing, y compris des listes de clients et de prospects.
Qualifications:
Etudiant(e) en marketing, administration des affaires, communication ou un domaine connexe. (Si vous etes dans votre dernier semestre d'etudes, c'est un atout.)
Connaissance de base des meilleures pratiques en matiere de marketing numerique.
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais.
Esprit creatif, souci du detail et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement.
Posseder un esprit proactif de resolution de problemes.
Maitrise des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarite avec les outils de conception graphique (ex. : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) est un atout.
Experience en gestion des reseaux sociaux et en creation de contenu est un atout.

Responsibilities:
Traditional & Non-Digital Marketing Projects
Assist in creating and editing architect binders for distribution partners.
Support architect portal admissions and booking of training sessions.
Assist in branding initiatives, including Dura branding at floorings stores (stands, samples, signage)
Help coordinate marketing gear for events (caps, lanyards, nametags, etc.).
Contribute to event and trade show preparation, developing floor assembly samples and marketing materials.
Other duties as assigned
Digital Marketing
Support blog and newsletter content (monthly and quarterly newsletters for architects and distribution partners).
Contribute to social media initiatives, including weekly posts.
Lead video-based projects with marketing agencies.
Help optimize digital content when necessary.
Help develop and maintain marketing databases, including customer and lead lists.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a program related to Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (If you're in your last semester of study, that's an asset.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Possess a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
Experience with social media management and content creation is an asset.
