Le ou la stagiaire en developpement de partenariats educatifs contribuera a l'expansion des initiatives educatives de Distech en etablissant des relations solides entre les integrateurs de systemes (IS) et les ecoles professionnelles ou instituts techniques. Ce role soutient la creation de laboratoires de formation pratiques utilisant les solutions Distech, permettant aux etablissements de former des talents dans des conditions reelles tout en offrant aux IS un acces anticipe a une main-d'oeuvre qualifiee.
Responsabilites principales
Engagement des partenaires de canal :
Contacter les IS ayant deja des partenariats educatifs pour leur presenter le programme de laboratoires
Collaborer avec les responsables de canal de Distech pour identifier les IS prioritaires
Rayonnement educatif :
Identifier et contacter les ecoles professionnelles, colleges et instituts techniques dans les regions ciblees
Presenter les avantages de creer des laboratoires equipes de solutions Distech, en mettant en valeur les benefices pour les etudiants et les IS
Coordination du programme :
Organiser des sessions de formation pour les animateurs avec l'equipe de formation technique de Distech
S'assurer que les etablissements repondent aux exigences d'installation des laboratoires et sont prets a accueillir des sessions pratiques
Developpement et suivi du pipeline :
Maintenir une base de donnees des etablissements, de leur niveau d'engagement et du statut des partenariats
Suivre les indicateurs de rayonnement et faire un rapport hebdomadaire a la direction
Valorisation du vivier de talents :
Aider les IS a utiliser les etablissements comme source de stagiaires et de futurs employes
Soutenir l'engagement continu entre les ecoles et les IS pour assurer le succes du programme
Qualifications
Actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme universitaire ou collegial (preference pour les domaines : affaires, marketing, ingenierie ou similaires)
Excellentes competences en communication, presentation et relations interpersonnelles
A l'aise avec les appels a froid et les conversations professionnelles initiees
Tres organise(e), autonome et capable de gerer plusieurs initiatives de rayonnement
Interet pour l'automatisation des batiments, la gestion energetique ou les solutions technologiques est un atout

Role Overview
The Education Partnership Development Intern will help grow Distech's educational outreach by building strong relationships between System Integrators (SIs) and trade schools or technical institutes. The role supports the creation of hands-on training labs using Distech solutions, enabling schools to develop real-world talent while providing SIs with early access to a skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Engagement:
Reach out to SIs with existing educational partnerships to introduce the lab program.
Collaborate with Distech's channel managers to identify priority SI partners.
Education Outreach:
Identify and contact trade schools, colleges, and technical institutes in target regions.
Present the benefits of creating Distech-powered labs, highlighting the value for students and SIs.
Program Coordination:
Coordinate training sessions for facilitators with Distech's technical training team.
Ensure schools meet lab setup requirements and are ready to host hands-on sessions.
Pipeline Development & Tracking:
Maintain a database of schools, their engagement level, and partnership status.
Track outreach metrics and report weekly progress to management.
Talent Pipeline Enablement:
Assist SIs in leveraging schools as a talent source for internships and future hires.
Support ongoing engagement between schools and SIs to ensure program success.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and initiating professional conversations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach efforts.
Interest in building automation, energy management, or technology solutions is a plus.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
