Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

Plus particuli\xc3\xa8rement, le/la stagiaire aura l\xe2\x80\x99occasion de parfaire ses connaissances administratives et de comptabilit\xc3\xa9 de fa\xc3\xa7on concr\xc3\xa8te en contribuant activement aux activit\xc3\xa9s suivantes:

Proc\xc3\xa9der aux analyses et \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9conciliation des comptes

Voir \xc3\xa0 interpr\xc3\xa9ter les clauses des baux en lien avec les termes financiers des loyers et charges pouvant \xc3\xaatre factur\xc3\xa9s aux locataires.

Analyser les comptes \xc3\xa0 recevoir et assurer le traitement des factures des comptes fournisseurs via le logiciel Yardi;

Collaborer aux activit\xc3\xa9s en lien avec les comptes clients et au recouvrement notamment pour les d\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4ts bancaires quotidiens, l\'analyse des ch\xc3\xa8ques de loyers mensuels, les rajustements apport\xc3\xa9s aux comptes des locataires, les ch\xc3\xa8ques sans provision, la pr\xc3\xa9paration d\'\xc3\xa9tats de compte et structures de loyer mensuels, la facturation des appels de service des d\xc3\xa9taillants et locataires des espaces Bureaux et le recouvrement des loyers impay\xc3\xa9s des locataires;

Vous serez \xc3\xa9galement responsable de diff\xc3\xa9rentes t\xc3\xa2ches et analyses administratives.

Qualifications requises

Avoir compl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 une ann\xc3\xa9e de formation universitaire en Comptabilit\xc3\xa9 ou Finance;

Avoir une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail en entreprise est un atout;

Une ma\xc3\xaetrise \xc3\xa9prouv\xc3\xa9e de tous les progiciels applicables, notamment MS Windows; MS Office, y compris MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint et Teams; Adobe Standard;

De bonnes aptitudes en communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite

La ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit comme \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral est essentiel. La maitrise de l\xe2\x80\x99Anglais est un atout;

Sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et autonomie;

JLL is leveraging the rapid growth of its property and asset management team in Canada (\xe2\x80\x9cAsset Management\xe2\x80\x9d) to provide distinctive, world-class services to building owners and their occupants. We are currently looking for a dynamic person to support the management team of the Montreal Eaton Center, Place Montreal Trust & Le 1500.

RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the intern will have the opportunity to improve their administrative and accounting knowledge in a concrete way by actively contributing to the following activities:

Perform analysis and reconciliation of accounts.

Ensure right interpretation of various clauses of leases in relation to the financial terms of rents and charges that may be invoiced to tenants.

Analyze accounts receivable and ensure the processing of accounts payable invoices via Yardi software.

Collaborate on accounts receivable and collections activities, including daily bank deposits, analysis of monthly rent cheques, adjustments to tenant accounts, NSF cheques, preparation of monthly statements of account and rent structures, billing of service calls from retailers and office tenants, and collection of unpaid rent from tenants.

You will also be responsible for various analyses and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Have completed one year of university training in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Experience working in a company is an asset.

Proven proficiency in all applicable software packages, including MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; Adobe Standard.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in written and spoken French is essential. Fluency in English is an asset.

Sense of organization and autonomy.

Engaged and proactive;

Be able to work well independently and collaborate with others.
