est a la recherche d'une
stagiaire en communication et marketing numerique
motivee, curieuxse et rigoureuxse pour soutenir ses activites de promotion et de communication dans le cadre de ses six conferences internationales annuelles.Sous la supervision de la directrice communication et marketing, la personne selectionnee participera activement a la gestion des plateformes numeriques, a la creation de contenus visuels, ainsi qu'a la coordination avec les partenaires medias et les agences de relations presse.
Responsabilites principales :
Mise a jour des microsites evenementiels
sur Zoho Backstage (contenus, visuels, agendas, etc.)
Coordination avec les partenaires medias
: envoi de kits reseaux sociaux, suivi et partage de photos post-evenement
Gestion des contenus videos
: mise en ligne des sessions sur YouTube, redaction des descriptions, creation de shorts pour promouvoir les videos
Creation et gestion des campagnes courriel
pour stimuler les inscriptions, via Zoho Campaigns
Suivi des ressources visuelles
: gestion du photographe et archivage des photos sur les serveurs internes
Mise a jour et organisation des bases de donnees
(conferenciers, contenus multimedias, etc.)

International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA)
is seeking a
motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Communications & Digital Marketing Intern
to support its marketing and communications efforts for its six annual international conferences.Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the selected candidate will actively contribute to managing digital platforms, creating visual content, and coordinating with media partners and public relations agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and manage event microsites
using Zoho Backstage (content, visuals, agendas, etc.)
Coordinate with media partners
: send social media kits and distribute post-event photos
Manage video content
: upload session recordings to YouTube, write descriptions, and create shorts to boost engagement
Create and manage email marketing campaigns
to drive registrations using Zoho Campaigns
Oversee visual resources
: coordinate with photographers and organize photo archives on internal servers
Maintain and organize databases
(speakers, multimedia, etc.)
Actively participate in
team meetings
and
marketing planning
Desired Profile:
Currently studying
marketing, communications, business administration, digital media
, or a related field
Strong interest in
international affairs, event management,
and
digital tools
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Proactive
, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho is a strong asset)
Bilingual French-English
required
