En tant que stagiaire Amelioration continue AOS & Digitalisation, votre role principal sera de soutenir le deploiement des principes d'amelioration continue d'Airbus. Votre mission inclura l'analyse des besoins des utilisateurs, le developpement ou la gestion d'applications simples qui supportent ces principes, ainsi que leur pilotage et deploiement. Vous apporterez egalement un support direct aux utilisateurs sur le terrain.


Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe AOS ("Airbus Operating System") de Mirabel pour le programme A220.

Vos missions et responsabilites


Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera a identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le developpement de vos competences.


Vos principales activites seront les suivantes :


Supporter l'equipe AOS dans deploiement de l'amelioration continue Definir les fonctionnalites des petites applications selon les standards Airbus et les besoins operationnels. Analyser l'utilisation des logiciels par les operateurs au quotidien, afin de proposer des simplifications et des ameliorations. Servir d'interface entre les besoins des clients (production) et les developpeurs internes. Creer ou configurer des applications simples, sans code (Google Sheets, Google Appsheet). Piloter et deployer les applications.
Ce stage vous permettra notamment de developper les competences suivantes :


Travail en equipe dans l'industrie aeronautique; Autonomie Comprehension des besoins client; Gestion de projet; Deploiement et creation d'applications simples.

Are you studying at a Canadian university and looking for an internship to give you work experience during your studies?

As a continuous improvement & digitalization intern, your primary role will be to support the deployment of Airbus continuous improvement principles. Your mission will involve analyzing user needs, developing or managing simple applications that support these principles, as well as piloting and deploying them. You will also provide direct support to users on the production floor.


You will be working closely with the AOS (Airbus Operating System) team in Mirabel for A220 program.

Your tasks and responsibilities


Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.


Your main activities will be as follows:


Support the AOS team in continuous improvement deployment Define application features based on Airbus standards and operational needs. Analyze software usage by operators in their daily activities to suggest simplifications and improvements. Act as the interface between client needs (production) and internal developers. Create or configure simple no-code applications (Google Sheets, Google Appsheet). Pilot and deploy applications.
This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:
