```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Duties:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Review medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy
- Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers
- Monitor patients' medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
- conduct minor ailments/injections
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:
- Current pharmacist license
