Position Summary

We are seeking a

Staff Pharmacist

to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes clinical care and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, patient-centered care and counseling. Review prescriptions for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and compliance with regulations. Administer vaccines and injections as authorized. Provide medication reviews, care plans, and chronic disease management support. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ACP standards. Collaborate with pharmacy assistants and technicians to ensure smooth workflow. Participate in quality assurance and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the

Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)

. Authorized to administer injections. Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with

Kroll

pharmacy software is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time or part-time hours available (no late nights). Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Supportive environment with a focus on professional growth and work-life balance.
