Staff Accountant
We're partnering with an innovative and dynamic company to find a
detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare accurate and timelyfinancial reports
(balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) Analyze budgets, track variances, and provide actionable insights to supportfinancial planning
Ensurecompliance
with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with internal teams to providefinancial guidance
for business initiatives Assist withmonth-end and year-end close
Identify opportunities forprocess improvements
and implement best practices Supportaudits
and liaise with external auditors as neededWhat We're Looking For:
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in
manufacturing
Strong skills infinancial accounting, reporting, and budget analysis
Solid understanding ofregulations and compliance requirements
Experience infinancial analysis, forecasting, and audits
Proficiency inaccounting software
and advancedMS Excel
High attention to detail and stronganalytical/problem-solving skills
Ability towork effectively in a collaborative team environment
CPA designation
