About the role

Our Private Enterprise team is known for its exceptional mentorship and commitment to guiding junior staff who are eager to learn, grow, and gain meaningful experience in the field of audit. Based in our Port Coquitlam office, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of managers, senior managers, and partners across different client engagements starting September 2025.



This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop into a detailed-oriented CPA. You'll be a key contributor to our team, providing clients with accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and addressing their inquiries, all while receiving hands-on guidance from a leader who genuinely cares about your professional development.

How you'll make a difference

Support our clients by preparing accurate tax returns, working papers, and other accounting assignments that help them navigate both personal and business finances. Be an active member of a collaborative audit team, delivering assurance engagements that give our clients confidence in their financial information. Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating with clients and third parties to gather the information needed to deliver exceptional service. Help shape and strengthen DMCL's culture through your teamwork, fresh ideas, and active engagement.

Who you are

You have completed an undergraduate degree with a focus in accounting. You will have completed all the required prerequisites for entry into the CPA program before your start date. You're proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid working knowledge of Excel.
