The Opportunity




As Staff Accountant, you will support our core financial and compliance processes. Key responsibilities include journal entry preparation, AP/AR entry, cash flow monitoring, payroll preparation, compliance returns, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. It is an excellent opportunity to develop comprehensive accounting experience within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.


Your role will include:

Preparing journal entries Accounts payable & accounts receivables entry Cash flow monitoring and management Month-end close including account reconciliations Preparing compliance returns (GST/HST, PST, EHT, WCB, etc.) Preparing payroll Financial reporting Other accounting and administrative duties as required

Your Skills and Experience



An undergraduate degree in business with a focus on finance and/or accounting or relevant industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, accountable and results-driven Ability to drive tasks to completion and juggle multiple deadlines Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Ambition to learn and grow with the firm
