Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Sales Coordinator for our client near Winnipeg James Richardson AirportWe are seeking a Sales Coordinator with dynamic energy to facilitate the order process from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • $24-29 hour ($49,920.00 -$60,320.00)
• Pension plan 2% after 2 years
• Monday - Friday 8-5
• Full paid benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless sales order process.
• Accurately process sales order details, including items, sell prices, costs, Purchase Orders, and invoices in our business system
• Assist sales team in obtaining supplier quotes and process supplier PO\'s and invoices accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate installations with subcontractors, warehouse, and customers.
• Provide complete and accurate information to subcontractors for installations.
• Manage deliveries for installations, change orders, short shipments, and returns.
• Review and process invoices to ensure accuracy of expected install costs.
• Maintain all required sales accounting documentation, including Proof of Deliveries and project install inspection reports/sign-offs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year of Sales Coordinator experience in an industrial or similar setting a MUST
• 2-4 years of administrative or accounting experience
• High proficiency in MS Office; ability to organize data.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while remaining organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
• High sense of urgency and effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to write clear and concise documents and emails.
• Ability to work in a team environment, follow directions, and maintain a courteous and professional manner.
