The Position:
Work closely with clients, using our cutting-edge technology
Grow and scale our team of SR&ED consultants
Help small- and medium-sized businesses contribute to innovation in Canada

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating client projects and activities in relation to the SR&ED tax incentive program
• Planning, organizing and executing SR&ED claims, including interviews of technical personnel, and structuring projects according to government criteria
• Collaborating with clients\xe2\x80\x99 staff and identifying expenditures involved in those projects
• Preparing the required technical reports corresponding to eligible expenditures
• Advising and acting on behalf of our clients to support claims under review by the CRA.
• Prioritizing tasks for multiple clients to consistently achieve delivery milestones, maintaining records, managing audits and handling communication with the CRA.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on SR&ED consulting environment
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science
• Experience managing teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Passion for technical challenges and innovation!
