Whether you are just starting your career, re-entering the workforce, or looking for a new job, this is where you belong.Please note Loblaw's Return to Office Policy, is 4 days in the officeWhat you will do:Conduct a monthly and quarterly compliance position of primary and secondary Publishers - Microsoft Licensing expertise is a must.Facilitate and conduct monthly stakeholder meeting for driving Software OptimizationAssist in analyzing software license purchase and software discovery data and perform reconciliation and remediation tasks to ensure data accuracy and quality.Assist the Director of Asset Management in processing and maintaining software procurement, contract, and software inventory in clientxe2x80x99s solutionAssist the Director of Asset Management with conducting software license research to support clients purchasing and contracting requirements.Provide regular maintenance, feedback on data quality and accuracy in Asset Management technology stack (Flexera & ServiceNow)Assist Business Stakeholders as needed with decision making for Software selections based on functionalityProvide end user functional support.Current and past experience with Software Audits preferredProvide feedback on internal operations to improve the delivery of services during strategic negotiationsWhat you Bring:Knowledge of software vendor licensing rules and terms including Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, and OracleDemonstrated experience in data analytics highlighting your ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sourcesEnergetic, creative, detail oriented and results focused individual, who provides excellent customer service and communicates well at multiple levels of interactionWorking knowledge with asset management tools like SCCM, Service Now and FlexeraExperience working collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals where you have demonstrated your intuitive problem-solving skills and ability to influence othersOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
