  • Supporting RPO sales opportunities from customer brief to contract signature.
  • Design compelling and best in class RPO solutions that differentiate the KellyOCG RPO offering. Deliver high quality, customer centric outputs that help KellyOCG win and grow RPO business with new-logo and current customers.
  • Work with colleagues across the organization to develop innovative and creative RPO processes, tools and solutions that anticipate and respond to our customer\'s needs, placing KellyOCG as a leader in our markets.
Delivering Exceptional RPO Bids:
  • Collaborate with RPO Sales Team to fully understand customer needs before and during the RFP process - including key pain points, desired outcomes and KellyOCG win themes.
  • Take the lead in developing the KellyOCG \'RPO solution design\' in response to customer RFPs - co-ordinate the input of sales, operations, bid support, deal shaping, implementation and other SMEs to produce the most impactful and competitive solution possible for each opportunity.
  • Collaborate with sales and deal shaping to develop innovative, competitive and sustainable pricing structures for each new opportunity.
  • Collaborate with sales, bid support and operations to deliver the best possible bid responses, taking particular ownership of:
  • Drafting key sections of our response in particular relating to solution design, team structure, geographic coverage, flexibility, technology and sourcing approach.
  • Collaborating with sales to ensure the agreed win themes run through our entire response - reviewing the entire bid to ensure it is consistent with our solution design.
  • Collaborate with sales, bid support and operations to develop engaging and compelling presentation content and design to bring our solutions to life at pitch stage.
  • Agree pitch content and agenda to maximize our opportunity to win including providing key content for inclusion.
  • Actively participate in design discussions to ensure pitch materials reflect customer needs and priorities.
  • Present key solution design elements of pitch presentation, in particular relating to solution design, team structure, geographic coverage, flexibility, technology and sourcing approach.
  • Take responsibility for the RFP response process once an opportunity has been identified, ensuring all deadlines are met - owning the pursuit checklist.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all required stakeholders (operations, deal shaping, implementation, SMEs etc) are engaged during the solution design and bid process.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Actively identify and advocate for innovations in the RPO practice to differentiate KellyOCG from our competitors.
  • Continue to identify improvements of processes to reduce solution cost and timing.
  • Participate in initiatives to support the ongoing development of the RPO offering at KellyOCG.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree required
  • 10+ years\' experience industry experience, of which, a minimum of 3 years required designing and selling recruitment solutions focused on the RPO solution.
  • Strong knowledge and proven track record in the workforce solutions industry
  • Experience with operational aspects of RPO Solutions.
  • Ability to understand financial concepts to make pricing decisions
  • Possesses outstanding written and oral communication
  • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Proven success applying innovative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Keeps abreast of important domestic and global trends that impact the business or organization (technological, competitive, social, economic, etc.)
  • Able to travel domestically (and internationally if needed)
  • Understand financial aspects within select product specialization, including the operational P&L solution proforma, etc.
  • Experience utilizing project management methodology and tools
  • Operational Client Management experience
  • Diverse exposure in multiple practice/solutions (e.g., OCG sales and Operations)
  • Operated in a business development and/or program management function
