The Opportunity:
Forging our community across our MEGA brand! You will act as the voice of our brand across our community providing key information leading up to flagship launches as well as providing community listening updates to the brand team based on your interactions with our community. In addition, you will be responsible for our social channel management operations. This position will partner with the Sr Manager, to build and deliver on strategic vision of this department and maximizing efficiencies around Mattel\xe2\x80\x99s publishing efforts. The ideal candidate will have both an analytical and creative mindset; Someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail. You will work closely with different cross-functional teams internal and external on goals and areas of focus. Finally, you will represent your team\xe2\x80\x99s efforts in cross-functional meetings: Building and delivering data-backed presentations that highlight your team\xe2\x80\x99s achievements, barriers, and next steps for delivering excellence in your areas of responsibility.
