Sr. SAP Hybris Developer About The JobWe are seeking an experienced SAP CX(Hybris) Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the SAP Hybris Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You\'ll lead development of customized components, so we\'re looking for candidates who can get their hands dirty and jump in and write code. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Hybris development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.What You\'ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of Hybris developers (offshore)
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Hybris PIM solutions.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards in Hybris development.
• Oversee code reviews.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in Hybris development.
• At minimum of 4 years of experience developing SAP Commerce Platform (Hybris B2B & B2C)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews
• Strong hands-on experience in customizing Hybris based e-Commerce Applications, Hybris PCM and e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products)
• Hands on experience in Spring framework, Groovy.
• Hands on experience in REST/SOAP web services-based systems.
• Hands on experience in publishing and consuming web services.
• Experience with various code management, code quality and continuous integration tools: like JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube etc.
• Experience with Web containers like Apache Tomcat.
• SAP hybris developer certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Hybris projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
