About this role: Samsung Ads is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its Global Platform Operations - Project Management Office (PMO). The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to influence business leaders to contribute to the organization\'s success. The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management. The PMO is part of the Global Platform Operations team, and is located in Montreal. By joining the PMO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on global cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. The PMO receives requests to execute projects from multiple stakeholders in the organization. These projects can be global or local in nature. We are looking for someone who has a strong business acumen, is curious and has strong problem solving skills. The candidate will be a member of the Samsung Ads\' Project Management Community, which is a forum for sharing knowledge, resources and best practices between Project Managers across the organization. This role will be hybrid-based requiring a mix of working from our Montr\xc3\xa9al office, QC and remotely. Responsibilities

• Lead projects and provide project management support on behalf of the PMO
• Define, plan, execute and close your assigned Global Platform Operations Projects
• Prepare weekly project communications and escalate any risks and blockers that may arise
• Work directly with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Platform Services, Marketing, Operations, Global expansion, Sales, Product & Engineering) across the organization to gather their requirements and ensure the successful rollout of projects to their respective teams
• Influence project stakeholders and motivate them to work on your projects
• Participate in other projects as necessary

Requirements

• A university degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in project management, including managing complex and multiple projects with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects and deliver according to objectives, scope, on time and on budget
• Experience with being a liaison between internal teams, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels with different teams and offices and influence business leaders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, creative and innovative thinking with strong problem solving skills
• Experience working with Project management tools and best practices; tracking project deliverables in Gantt charts, identifying critical paths, and understanding dependencies
