Your Impact:



As a key member of the Corporate Citizenship team, the Sr. Program Manager will play a strategic role in advancing the company's ESG and inclusion priorities. This position supports the execution of the Corporate Citizenship strategy through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven program design, and thought leadership in inclusion and sustainability. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of global inclusion trends, ESG frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.



What The Role Offers:



Provide support to the Sr. Director, Corporate Citizenship, with the execution of the Corporate Citizenship strategy Lead and advise on programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture, embedding inclusion principles across talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement Design and maintain dashboards to measure and monitor progress on inclusion goals, leveraging data to inform strategy, drive accountability, and communicate impact. Serve as a strategic advisor to employee network groups, providing guidance on governance, programming, and alignment with organizational inclusion priorities Monitor employee network engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and leadership development Guides Impact Report messaging strategy and coordinates cross-functionally with SMEs/content owners and Creative team; manages third party reporting software or manages technical relationship with reporting vendor to ensure functionality meets our needs Support implementation of ESG reporting frameworks like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Standards and Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Respond to time-sensitive customer compliance requests related to Corporate Citizenship, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required content and data Manage a roadmap for emerging ESG reporting requirements, ensuring proactive readiness and alignment with evolving standards, and manage reporting software requirements

What You Need To Succeed:



Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business, HR, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate responsibility, ESG, or Inclusion Deep understanding of the ESG landscape and passion for ESG topics, including workplace inclusion Exceptional project management skills Ability to collect, manage, analyze and track data and translate data visually for decision making purposes, familiarity with data analytics and inclusion metrics Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Advanced verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with various teams across the business Well-organized, resourceful, and efficient with impeccable attention to detail
