Sr. Program Manager Fiat Wholesale Finance

Job Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities




We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with strong experience in Finance Technology and Treasury Technology, capable of engaging in high-level architectural discussions and bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. The ideal candidate will combine deep IT program management expertise with the interpersonal and leadership skills required to operate effectively across business and technology functions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role




Key Qualifications:

. 10+ years of experience in IT Program Management within the Financial Services sector.

. Demonstrated understanding of Finance Technology and Treasury Technology domains, with the ability to participate meaningfully in architectural and design-level discussions.

. Proven track record of managing large, complex programs within a Canadian Financial Institution (FI) -- experience in banking is strongly preferred.

. Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership.

. Deep understanding of management priorities, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps.

. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Preferred Background:

. Prior experience in Banking domain or similar large Canadian financial institutions.

. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and technology modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, API integrations, data platforms).
