Purpose:
As a member of the finance team supporting Graphic Communications & Production, your mission will be to provide reporting and support. You will have a diversified job scope in a fast-paced environment. The range of responsibilities will include everything required to support of the operational, financial and control requirements of the sales teams. As a shared service supporting several sales teams, you will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize competing requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reporting as required by Senior Staff, VP & Sales Operations
  • Regular submissions for forecasts and outlooks
  • Understand coverage model and ensure reporting is accurate
  • Field operations support including MARS investigation
  • Prepare & Review data for multiple reports, outlook, results, ops review.
  • Expense Reporting and Management
  • Support the OTI process
  • Anticipate CBU reporting requirements and develop innovative ways to manage information
  • Assess requests for sales reversals, customer accommodations, trial and loaners
Qualifications:
  • University education in Business Administration
  • Computer literate - experience in Excel, Access, Essbase, OBI, MARS, a definite asset
  • Cross functional Xerox experience is a benefit
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven team player with leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and interact with sales employees effectively
