Overview:
The Sr. Manager of Brand and PR will lead the brand marketing function to drive awareness of Flyover through demand generation activities including paid and earned media, influencer strategies, owned content development including social media and public relations activities. This includes collaborating with our geographically-diverse teams and media agencies in the execution of these strategies. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations and partnering closely with Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, the ideal candidate will be strong at developing the right strategies to deliver on Flyover's key strategic imperatives for both the brand and each individual geography. She/he must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with proactive, tactical execution and needs to possess a strong track record in developing and maintaining relationships.
What is the compensation for this role?:
The wage for this role is 80-90k CAD and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
What will you do in this job?:
Develop strategic brand plans in collaboration with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams that focus on awareness and demand generation
Create and manage Flyover's owned content strategy with execution across all channels including social media
Work together with Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to define our annual media buys and various geography-based campaign strategies
Create communications materials and media messaging to promote and enhance the company's brand positioning, proactively identifying new opportunities to drive awareness and increase Flyover's competitive share of voice
Oversee our PR agency who's responsible for driving PR efforts as well as supporting on crisis communication plans and messaging
Develop and report on relevant KPI's
