As a Planner/Buyer Sr, you will plan material requirements and execute purchase orders for complex assemblies, balancing inventory levels with customer delivery commitments.

What you'll do:

Plans, purchases, and maintains inventory based on customer requirements and company objectives Actively uses company planning tools and forecast requirements to meet production demands Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Participates in bids and estimates by being prepared to discuss material requirements and parts availability as well as possible subcontract lead times and pricing Review inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the stockroom Monitor supplier on time delivery and expedite or reschedule as needed to meet production changes Provide data and recommendations to management on supply risks and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications:

Degree or partially completed degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Proficient in Oracle, Excel and/or Company operating systems Demonstrated experience in planning and procurement Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 4+ years in planning and purchasing. Supply chain experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
