Manage monthly forecasting of samples, collateral, and non-saleables Collaborate with Visual & NOAM, managing briefs and ensuring a timely launch of all merchandising programs Manage retail calendars, seasonal presentations, and full 360 campaign/event tracking Manage retailer COOP campaigns, in collaboration with Ecommerce and Consumer Engagement Manage national media campaigns; support on strategy and briefings, collaborating with cross functional teams Collaborate with PR on market initiatives Post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred 6+ years relevant work experience; preferably in the cosmetic /prestige industry Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through Possesses strong digital and social media skills with a strong understanding of media planning best practices Consumer-first, data-driven mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner Strong planning and organizational skills Possesses strong skills in strategy and planning, budget management, merchandising, and marketing Creative, analytical thinker and creative problem solver and thrive in fast paced environment Advanced computer skills Experience with Specialty Multi Channel (Sephora/Shoppers Drug Mart) preferred
