ABOUT THE ROLE
This role provides essential administrative and clerical support while overseeing the daily operations of the Business Office. Success in the position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with staff, the public, and external stakeholders. The role involves handling confidential information, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage admissions documentation, agreements, and resident records
Oversee resident billing, trust accounts, and financial transactions
Coordinate scheduling, payroll documentation, and staff requests
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and central filing systems
Handle correspondence, inquiries, calls, and visitor reception
Prepare invoices, reports, and meeting minutes for distribution
Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
