The Opportunity
The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead company-wide product development and marketing initiatives across all ROHL divisions. This role will play a central part in transforming ROHL's custom service offerings into clearly defined, scalable products for new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Management
Lead the research, definition, and lifecycle management of service offerings across telecommunications, solar, power, and construction.
Drive the evolution of ROHL from a project-based company to one offering standardized, scalable product solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify market opportunities and scope requirements.

Telecommunications Industry Focus
Manage marketing and product strategy for Layer-2, Layer-3, IP services, co-location, and datacenter hosting.
Translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions for enterprise and wholesale clients.

AI-Driven Marketing Strategy
Leverage AI tools to assist with content creation, automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Drive marketing execution at scale across all business divisions.

Go-to-Market & Campaign Leadership
Design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns across social media, digital ads, video, email, and web.
Create and manage engaging content, including sector-specific posts, videos, and ad creatives tailored to target audiences
Strengthen digital presence through consistent brand messaging and multi-platform visibility.
Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.

Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis.

Travel Requirement
This position requires occasional to moderate travel to attend industry events, support regional marketing initiatives, meet with partners or clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations. Travel may include both local and out-of-province trips and could involve occasional overnight stays. A valid driver's license and passport are considered assets.

What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Product Management (MBA is an asset)
Minimum 5+ years of B2B product development and marketing experience
Required: Experience in telecommunications industry (wholesale or enterprise focus)
Familiarity with power, solar, or construction sectors is a strong asset
Demonstrated use of AI-driven marketing tools
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
