Job Description

Project Description:
-Provide effective mentorship, coaching and direction to team members
- Lead the development of annual SSU budgets and quarterly forecasts for expenditures, identifying areas for efficiency and improvements
-Oversee delivering the monthly management reporting package including measuring and monitoring SSU expense financial results to identify emerging patterns or trends
-Provide support to SSU business partners on financial matters in an effort to optimize financial performance
-Partnering with SSU Leadership to provide insight and recommendations related to finance and business strategies
-Gaining an understanding of the business and operations of the Strategic Support Units to offer valuable, proactive and pragmatic suggestions and solutions
-Lead corporate allocations strategy, reporting and analysis
-Providing insight at a big picture level, without losing the detail
-Other ad hoc analysis as required
Top Skills:
1. Business degree with a designation such as CPA or CFA preferred.
2. Effective Communicator. Strong in written and verbal skills. A proven ability to interact and communicate at an executive level
3. Excellent ability to work with others on needs identification; effective problem solving skills
4.Strong presentation skills
