Credit Union Dealer Finance (CUDF) supports the growth and success of credit unions and their dealer partners across Western Canada and Ontario. Based in Saskatchewan through Conexus Credit Union (Conexus), CUDF helps credit unions serve their members through efficient, competitive, and community-focused dealer finance solutions.
Our mission is to meet the automotive needs of members and credit unions by enabling vehicle financing through local credit union branches at nearly any Auto or RV dealer. The bigger picture
We're looking for a motivated and experienced lender who is a skilled relationship builder to come on board as our Dealer Finance Account Manager in the Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba or southeastern British Columbia region. This opportunity is open to remote work in the absence of a local branch location; however, the successful applicant must be within Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba or British Columbia. You are a person who is adept at adjudicating and decisioning credit and lease applications received through the Credit Union Dealer Finance Program (CUDF).
How you'll be spending your time

  • Adjudicating and decisioning credit and lease applications for automotive, recreational vehicles, and agricultural equipment received through the CUDF program.
  • Enhancing team knowledge to help educate members on lending decisions.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation for all lending products and services.
  • Proactively identifying member needs and risk tolerance to provide tailored lending products.
  • Maintaining dealer relationships via phone calls and proactive visits to various dealerships.

The experience you bring
  • Exceptional knowledge of the automotive, RV and agricultural equipment market
  • Two years' experience in lending
  • Knowledge of loan decisioning and loan origination systems
  • Familiarity with dealer finance loan policies and procedures
  • Understanding of risk management, ensuring a balance of opportunity, growth, and
  • profitability
  • Ability to visit regional dealerships
Salary range:
$63,100 - $78,880 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
